The doctors don't see much

SO WE WENT TO THE EYE DOCTOR WITH NEW HOPE AND ANXIETY. The doctor looked into Gruia's eyes and concluded that he cannot see anything different from the last control.

But we know there is something in there. Because Gruia is different now. He is more aware of his surroundings for one thing. And for the first time he is watching TV. Well, he remains seated at about 20 centimeters in front of the TV-set for several minutes at the time and follows the TV screen as the light changes in intensity. He's never done this before.

One more thing. Since we returned from China he hasn't bumped anymore into things (like chairs, tables, doors etc.); he stops now in front of an object placed in front of him and goes slowly, but unattended around it.

Let's be clear about all this. His improvements are not dramatic by any measure. But our baby is doing much better now and for us these minor changes that we were able to spot are very important. Only a parent in a similar situation would know. But we still have to wait...and see...

My name is Luisa and my sister delivered 2 baby boys at the 26th week.Unfortunatly 1 died after 10 days,and the other one is fine but has ROP.We are trying to find every possible solution so,can you kindly explain me what is the treatment they offer in CHina about Stem cell to cure ROP?     urmaresc demult cum va merge. m-a emotionat tare povestea voastra, care acum e ca a mea. vreau sa va asigur de iubirea mea. va doresc sa fiti fericiti, fericirea e mai importanta chiar si decat vederea pe lumea asta, iar odata fericiti, cine stie in cate moduri putem "vedea"...
