I am Gruia

Gruia and Vlad are twin brothers. Identical twin brothers more exactly. They should be like this, physically identical that is. But they aren't, even though they had shared the same placenta in their mother's womb. Soon they will be 2 years old. And they will be naughtier and more restless than before.

We don't know how other blind children of the same age are, but Gruia is notwithstanding his blindness as normal as any other child, sunny, playful and very loud. He seems to learn to speak quicker than his brother and is even more independent than Vlad, who is rather sensible and more relying on his mother. Gruia wants to go on by himself and doesn't call for help anymore, once he has learned to do something alone.

A few days ago (7 February 2009) Gruia learned to ride the toboggan slide; he climbs by himself, he sits in and off he goes by himself, just like that...
